Is relyd the right ERP for you?
Every ERP sets different priorities. Here you can see what relyd brings today, when it suits you and when another system serves you better. We would rather tell you honestly than have you find out after the switch.
What to look at in any ERP
- 1.Does the system need a second piece of software for accounting?
- 2.Are HR, CRM, projects and support included or do they cost extra?
- 3.Which sales channels and marketplaces are connected?
- 4.What makes the price go up: users, orders or revenue?
- 5.Does the system cover the obligations in your countries (e.g. QR-bill, e-invoicing, VAT, archiving)?
- 6.How much routine work does the system take over on its own, and who keeps control?

When relyd fits well
- You want accounting, inventory, purchasing, sales and manufacturing in one system instead of several tools.
- Your team works across borders and needs several currencies with exchange rates as well as several languages.
- You want to pay per user, with every module included, instead of per order or by revenue.
- You want routine work done on its own, by your rules and with your approval where it matters.
- You need an audit-proof document archive without a separate product.
When relyd does not fit (yet)
In these cases another system serves you better today. We say so openly.
- You need payroll with Swissdec certification or German payroll in the same system. relyd covers HR and exports payroll data to your payroll software.
- You are a German company and need e-invoicing and DATEV today. Both come with version 2.6.
- You sell on many marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Kaufland or OTTO today. They come with version 2.7.
- You need your own webshop, website or point of sale from the same vendor.
- You mainly write invoices as a freelancer; then relyd is more system than you need.
- You want to have very special processes programmed for you; relyd is a standard product without custom code.
On the roadmap
E-invoicing and DATEV export for Germany, direct integration of the common carriers and the marketplaces Kaufland, OTTO, eBay and Amazon are in development. They ship with versions 2.6 and 2.7.
